Ben Paarmann is a former student of Development Studies at Cambridge University and Development Economics at SOAS. He also founded neweurasia, a network of weblogs focusing on Central Asia and the Caucausus. He currently resides in The Hague / Netherlands, where he works as a political analyst focusing on emerging markets.
