Simon Wheatley went down to Lambeth and hung out the local youth. It’s an amazing snapshot of black urban culture in Britain. I lived about 50 meters away from many of the pic’s locations.

That’s a view from my window in 2005/06. It’s right next to Lambeth Walk. The weird thing about this area is that it is so close to fashionable Central London. I could see Big Ben from my window. But still you are worlds apart from that.
